Lili Piplica was born in Sarajevo, Yugoslavia and grew up in a middle class household. She planned to become a German language teacher. Unfortunately, war broke up when she was 18 years old and her life took a turn she could never have anticipated. Twenty six years later she is now an English as a New Language teacher in Utica, NY, but what she experienced in those 26 years will astonish you! Listen in to hear her story.
