Sarah Stack is a Head Strength and Conditioning Coach and incorporates nutrition guidance, recovery and mindset work into programming for young athletes.

She has certifications in Personal Training, Fitness Nutrition, Assisted Stretching, and Sports Performance Enhancement from ACE and NASM, and a Masters Degree in Public Administration.

She lives in her hometown of New Orleans, LA with her husband and two children.
