Jen has been called ‘Coach’ starting in her teens and knows that her calling in life is to help bring out the best in others. Her belief is that health is a full body approach – mindset, food, and fitness; and that if you can get off the couch, you are an athlete. #beyourBESTathlete . As a speaker, she is passionate about sharing her experience with burnout with others and how to prevent and overcome it while maintaining a full business and life schedule that centers around taking care of the others.
