Rooted and Rising is a collection of faith, prayers, mental health, grief, joy, and becoming.
It holds some of the saddest parts of me and some of the most joyful. It holds the questions, the breaking, the laughter, and the longing.
These pages are not a story of having everything figured out. They are a collection of prayers and reflections from the middle of becoming: learning to stay rooted in Christ, and rising into who He is making me.
For the hurting, the hopeful, the questioning, and the joyful—for anyone learning that faith can hold all of it.

I write out of the mess and beauty of growing up, walking through questions of identity, mental health, and faith. My words come from a place of wrestling and learning to see God’s love even in the shadows. Writing has been a way for me to heal, to remember that I am not defined by brokenness but by being rooted in Christ. My hope is that my work carries that same reminder to others—that no matter where you are, God’s love meets you there and keeps you becoming.
