Jim Harper is a retired expat, living in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, with his social and political activist wife, Betsy.
He wanted to be a writer at an early age, creating stacks of manuscripts, but by the end of high school, life got in the way. Three years ago, encouraged by his wife, and granddaughter, he returned to writing and is finally realizing his dream.
